I was raised in the desert borderlands. I am Mexican American, bilingual, and bicultural. I have traveled and lived for several years throughout Mexico, Central, and South America. I am currently living in Santa Cruz, California. Along with a variety of spiritual modalities I uphold, I value walking the path in communion with the ancestors. I honor nature and the inner alchemy of the elements within and among us. I am constantly finding new ways to cultivate interconnectedness with the universe and nature. I consider myself to have the privilege of being a sacred spaceholder and find therapy and counseling as a way of ritual healing.

I’m here to support children and their caregivers through their journeys while juggling life and parenting. I am also greatly motivated in being of service for women that are seeking more pathways and support for empowerment and cultivating self love. I am here to explore what’s alive in you and our space together. With each other, we can dive deeper into the wisdom of the heart with compassion and humility. I uphold a liberatory decolonial psychological lens through my practice. I honor many modalities, particularly Play Therapy, Sand Tray, Gestalt, and Transpersonal psychology. I also offer Family Constellations for those wanting to explore the opportunity to take another transformational perspective on anything that may be coming up. I love to include spirituality and
ritual in my work of all types. The sacred is always welcome as well as its many manifestations through nature and the Self. I welcome shadow work and the deep wisdom it births. I am here to learn with you and from you. With all respect to you and your ancestors, let’s embark on this path together as we walk each other home.

Fui criada en el desierto fronterizo. Soy Mexicana de primera generación, bilingüe y bicultural. He viajado y vivido por varios años por México, Centro y SudAmérica. Actualmente vivo en Santa Cruz, California. Junto con varias ramas de fuentes espirituales que practico, yo valoro caminar por el sendero espiritual en comunión con los ancestros. Honro la alquimia interior de los elementos con e entre nosotros. Constantemente estoy encontrando nuevas maneras de cultivar interconexión con el universo y la naturaleza. Me considero tener el privilegio de contener un espacio sagrado mientras encuentro la asesoría y guianza un ritual de sanación.

Estoy aquí para apoyar niñxs y sus cuidadorxs a través de sus caminos mientras sostienen la vida y mientras son padres y madres de familia. También estoy muy motivada para estar al servicio para las mujeres que buscan más caminos e apoyo para empoderarse y cultivar amor propio. Estoy aquí para explorar que está vivo dentro de ti y nuestro espacio juntxs. Entre nosotros podemos sumergir al fondo de la sabiduría del corazón con compasión y humildad. En mi terapia yo sostengo una perspectiva psicológica decolonial liberatoria. Honro muchas modalidades en particular la terapia de juego, terapia de bandeja de arena, Gestalt y psicología transpersonal. También ofrezco constelaciones familiares a los que les interesa explorar otra perspectiva transformadora a lo que se presenta. Amo incluir la espiritualidad y ritual en todo tipo de trabajo. Lo sagrado siempre está bienvenidx igual a sus manifestaciones abundantes a través de la naturaleza y el Ser. Doy la bienvenida al trabajo de sombra y la sabiduría profunda que otorga. Estoy aquí para aprender de ti y juntxs aprenderemos. Con todo respeto a ti y a tus ancestros, a que embarcar este camino juntxs mientras exploramos hacia lo interior.
